About Grihavo
A Ranchi company that takes on a few projects and runs them properly.
Grihavo started with a simple observation. Good land projects around Ranchi were being sold badly: unclear documents, brokers who disappeared after the sale, buyers left guessing.
We decided to work the other way. Visit every project ourselves, check every document, and give each buyer one person who stays with them from the first question to the day they book.
Today we market and sell selected farmland and residential projects around Ranchi, and work with established developers who want their next launch handled with the same care.
What Grihavo is
We sell land projects to people who want to own them, and we help developers bring those projects to market. We are not a listings portal and we do not take on every project we are offered.
