Questions partners ask
When is commission paid?
Commission is approved once the buyer's booking amount clears, and paid on the schedule in your partner agreement. You can see the status of every payout.
Who owns a lead?
The partner who registers a buyer first, with a valid phone number, before the site visit. Registration is time-stamped.
Is there training?
Yes. Every partner is trained on each project, the documents and the selling rules before they start.
Which projects can I sell?
Projects Grihavo markets directly, once the developer has approved them for the partner network. The list grows as projects are added.
